1. Digital membership — nature of the product
Paydirt is a digital membership that provides immediate, ongoing access to a community, alerts, and tools. It is not a physical product, so there is nothing to “return.”
2. Free launch, and any later free trial
During the free launch there is no trial and no charge: Free Launch Access is a $0 product and no card is required, so a $0 membership has no fee to refund. If paid membership opens at the planned $79/month, you'll be asked first — nothing auto-charges.
Only if a paid plan with a free trial is offered later: you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial from your Whop dashboard and you will not be billed. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged $79 and then every month until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time from your Whop dashboard. Cancellation stops all future charges and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
4. Refunds
Because membership grants immediate digital access, fees are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. As a courtesy, we may issue a refund at our discretion in cases such as:
- A duplicate or accidental charge;
- A technical failure that prevented access to the community during the paid period and that we could not resolve;
- A charge within a short window (e.g., 48 hours) where the member has not meaningfully used the service.
To request a refund, email support@paydirt.gg with your Whop order details. Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method via Whop.
5. No income or deal guarantees
Deals are time-sensitive and retailers may cancel or refuse orders for pricing errors at their discretion. We do not guarantee any deal, any order fulfillment, or any earnings, and such outcomes are not grounds for a refund.
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first — we're happy to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in removal from the community.
