1. What Paydirt is
Paydirt (“we,” “us”) operates an online community that surfaces retail deals, price errors, clearance, and reselling information. Membership is sold through Whop; during our launch period, membership may be offered free of charge. We provide information and tools; we do not sell the products referenced and are not affiliated with any retailer named.
2. No guarantees
Deals are time-sensitive and change constantly. Listed prices can be errors, inventory can run out, and retailers may cancel or refuse orders at their discretion. We do not guarantee any deal, any income, or that any order will be fulfilled. Any earnings depend on your own effort, location, and timing. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use Paydirt.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to leak, resell, scrape, or redistribute our alerts, tools, or content. We surface public pricing opportunities only; you agree not to use the community to pursue fraud, counterfeit coupons, or any unlawful activity. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
5. Billing & cancellation
During launch, membership is free and no card is required. The planned price is $79/month; if paid membership opens, free members will be asked first — nothing auto-charges. Membership is billed via Whop under the pricing and any free-access or trial terms shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your Whop dashboard; cancellation stops future charges. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and Whop's buyer policies; contact us and we'll make it right where we can.
6. Intellectual property
All Paydirt content, software, branding, and materials are owned by Paydirt or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-transferable use within the community. You receive no ownership rights.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paydirt is not liable for cancelled orders, lost profits, lost opportunities, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Paydirt harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
9. Affiliate disclosure
As an Amazon Associate, Paydirt earns from qualifying purchases; some deal links shared in our community are affiliate links, at no extra cost to you. We may earn a commission when you buy through them. This never changes which deals we surface.
10. Copyright & DMCA
If you believe content on this site or in the community infringes your copyright, report it to support@paydirt.gg. A notice should include the work you claim is infringed, where the infringing material appears, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
11. YouTube API Services
Paydirt uses YouTube API Services. By using Paydirt's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. How we handle YouTube data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
